Hello, and welcome to The Careers Edge. I developed this site with the express aim of helping you, and people like you, to discover and USE your innate talent to create a better life and career for yourself.

I'm Stephen, and for most of my working life I've worked to help people realise their real potential and achieve more from their lives, careers, and businesses.

Assessment and psychometrics have played a part in the way I work since 1986, since when I've used many different forms of psychometrics; all contributing in their own way. But none have allowed to me to help clients in the specific and objective way that using Highlands does.

It's objectivity, and focus on what you actually do best, rather than trying to make you fit into a box that was never intended for you, means that I can help you get much more objective and meaningful advice, guidance and feedback, about what's best for you, your life, career and family.
